Info

Here you'll find an overview of my academic projects. These projects showcase my skills in development, design, and production. I know how to connect with factories and how a shoe is made. View my work and discover how I can contribute to your project.

Sneaker

During this project, I worked on a blue canvas sneaker with a rubber outsole and bumper. I omitted the insole to allow for insertion of orthotics.

Chelsea with zipper

I made a Chelsea boot with an inside zipper for my stepfather, perfect for drumming. It has a scale pattern in the black leather.

Boat with flexible sewing method

During this project, I made a boat to practice flexible sewing. I did the sewing by hand.

Slip-on boot

For a cosplay I made a green-brown slip-on boot.

Pump

I made a two-tone purple pump for my mother.

Moulière

During this project I made a Moulière, under the ankle in a 2-tone brown color.

Boot

For this project, I made a lace-up boot with a special closure. It's made of two shades of brown leather, one of which has a gold-colored cream finish.

Archeon

In this project I worked on a replica of a sandal for a monk from Archeon.

Other work

I also made a leather tote bag, replaced the rubber heel piece of a pair of nice Chelsea boots, replaced the back panel and half sole of a pair of heels, painted the front panels of a pair of mules in the colors of an internship company and created a mood board.

The story behind the snake print shoes

My stepfather wanted shoes with a snakeskin pattern, but the ones he found were very expensive. The challenge was to design and make shoes that looked just as good and were comfortable for walking and drumming. The result is a unique pair of shoes that he, and I as well, are proud of.
